Does this mean what I think that the name has always sounded like "Not Gonna Write No More"? :)

At least this month...

Yeah. If that's not enough to kill the little author in me, I don't know what is. Too much pressure!

I'll take a couple of deep breaths and then go back to working at my own pace. Much better.

Too bad my own pace is a snail's one.

Big smile to you, Sherri! That's a great interpretation.

I've never even considered joining the Na-No club. I'll leave that business to the childless, the novel-widows, and the empty nesters. And what kind of soulless fiend decided November should be consumed by this artificial deadline? I've got decorations and gifts to make, and food to cook and letters to write for the holidays.

Pfft! Fuggeddaboudit!

And now I'm off to go print out another certain person's manuscript...

That's why I'm doing NaNoBloMO.

I tried doing NaNo last year. I wrote a lot of words. Yeah, I wrote a lot of words. And I wrote a lot of words. And again, I wrote a lot of words.

But I didn't end up with a story. I'm just about convinced I'll probably shred or burn all of those words, though I haven't done it yet. :)

Well, if it weren't for my dad forgetting the imac at home I'd have had a perfect nablopomo, but hey, perfection is overrated.
