Slowly but surely, like a sneaky little scallawag, my excess poundage has started to find it's way back home.
The jeans, too snug. The buttons, strained. The face, ever so slightly "full". Oy!
So again, it begins. So much for my experiment of not freaking out over every morsel I put in my mouth.
It was good while it lasted.

It's a bad time to think about eating/not eating. January first is right around the corner - you may as well contemplate it then!
